COVID-19 Update

Hey there!
I understand the stress of planning for a wedding or an engagement. And with the COVID-19 pandemic still causing uncertainty for the future, I would like to personally reassure you that I have taken some additional measures to make sure that your photography plans have flexibility and movement for change.
When shooting, all parties of Ian Neo Photography will follow the rules and regulations set by the DHHS, from social distancing guidelines, to wearing face coverings. As this is always changing, I wont hash out the specifics, but will personally ensure you that whatever the regulations are when it comes to shoot time, that I will adhere to them. I would kindly ask you to do the same.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, but please do know that I will do everything to help you re-schedule your booking if restrictions tighten (weddings/events get banned, photography is halted, etc.). If this is the case, communication between the Ian Neo Photography is always open, and I will contact you periodically to check-up and plan. You will NOT lose your booking and I will always fulfil every booking that I get.
